You can delete your account at any time directly inside the app.
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete This Account”
- Confirm deletion
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by emailing:
Data deleted:
- Account information
- Nutrition plans
- Messages and associated data
Some data may be retained if required for legal or billing purposes.
